The information provided — including symptom-supplement associations, expert protocols, upper intake limits, and gap analyses — is for informational and educational purposes only.

• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment because of information obtained through Vitalizey.
• The service does not account for individual medical conditions, drug interactions, allergies, pregnancy, or other health factors that may affect supplement safety.

• Expert protocols represent individual practices of public figures and are not medical prescriptions.

If you experience any adverse effects from supplements, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

You may browse general content without an account. Creating an account enables personalised features (supplement cabinet, symptom tracking, health profile). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or other users' data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our services.
• Use Vitalizey to provide medical advice to others or misrepresent content as professional medical guidance.

All content — including text, graphics, logos, supplement data, and the Vitalizey brand — is owned by or licensed to Vitalizey and protected by intellectual property laws. Research citations reference third-party publications and remain the property of their respective authors.

Our services may display featured products or links. Purchases made through affiliate links may earn Vitalizey a commission at no additional cost to you. Product listings do not constitute endorsement. We are not responsible for third-party products, their quality, or their effects.

Certain features may require a premium subscription. Premium status is managed through your account. Details of premium features, pricing, and billing terms will be provided at the time of purchase.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VITALIZEY AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Interruptions or inaccuracies in barcode scanning or product lookups.
• Loss of data or unauthorised access to your account.

You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, all personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our services shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where the operator is domiciled.
