38 women had sexual side effects from antidepressants. Saffron improved arousal, lubrication and pain during sex. It did not improve low desire.

Who was studied: 38 women with major depression, settled on fluoxetine for at least 6 weeks. All had developed sexual side effects. 34 finished.
