Morpheus8 / Thermage / Secret RF / Forma
Radiofrequency energy — either through surface applicators (monopolar/bipolar RF) or via microneedling pins (fractional RF) — heats dermal and subdermal tissue to trigger collagen remodelling, skin tightening, and fat reduction in the face and body.
How it works
RF current generates resistive heat in tissue. At 60–70°C collagen fibres contract immediately (immediate tightening) and fibroblasts are stimulated to produce new collagen and elastin over the following months. Fractional RF (Morpheus8) combines microneedling penetration with RF energy delivery, allowing precise depth control (up to 8mm) for simultaneous skin and subdermal remodelling.

- Face and neck skin tightening
- Jowl and jawline improvement
- Subdermal fat remodelling (double chin)
- Acne scar improvement
- Pore minimisation
